In designing Phase II of 13200 Mulholland Drive, Beverly Hills, the question posed by the architectural design and curation team was what luxury amenities can embody the residence, that are "one of a kind". The custom designed electronic glass domed opening roof to view the stars at night and the helicopter landing pad are exceptional custom design features.
